Respecting the Rights of Creators
We believe exceptional content deserves to be protected. The creators, producers and distributors behind every film, series and show invest enormously in bringing stories to life, and their rights matter. Castle takes every copyright concern raised with us seriously and maintains a clear, accessible process for rights holders to raise and resolve any issue quickly, professionally and without unnecessary friction.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
Rights holders who believe their copyrighted material is being improperly indexed through Castle are encouraged to submit a formal takedown request. To allow us to process your request as efficiently as possible, your submission must include the following:
- Full legal name and contact information of the rights holder or their authorised representative
- A clear and specific identification of the copyrighted material you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on Castle where the content in question currently appears
- A declaration confirming your good faith belief that the content is being used without authorisation from the copyright owner, its agent or applicable law
- A declaration confirming that all information provided in your complaint is accurate and that you hold the authority to file it
- A valid physical or digital signature
Please note that submissions missing any of the above details may experience delays in processing. Providing complete and accurate information ensures the fastest possible resolution.
Our Review & Removal Process
All incoming takedown requests are handled directly and personally by our dedicated compliance team. We do not rely on automated filtering for copyright matters. Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, our team will review your request within 3 to 5 working days. Any content confirmed to be in violation of copyright will be delisted from Castle's index promptly and without delay.
Repeat Violations
Castle operates a zero-tolerance policy toward sources that repeatedly serve infringing content. Any third-party source identified as a repeat offender will be permanently excluded from our platform index. We apply this standard consistently and without exception across all content sources indexed by our platform.
