From Central Park with its joggers and strolling lovers, to the Financial District at the southern-most tip of Manhattan with its traders and business men, and to Soho and Greenwich neighborhoods with their fashion victims... Those were the areas where we encountered New-Yorkers. We also walked around Tribeca, Ground Zero, Brooklyn, Battery park, Grand Central Station, but also through Chinatown, a true chinese microcosm. Stressed and impatient, or calm and smiling, all the diversity of this unique city's inhabitants has, of course, yet to be deepened... |
